Intellareturn's Smart Return Service is based on an open platform to identify, return, ship, track and service products. The platform's extensible, Web Services-based architecture enables tight integration with existing shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL). 

Intellareturn uses a Return ID Stamp™ that can be affixed to virtually any item or packaging. The "stamp" electronically integrates product identification with processes such as merchandise return and carrier notification requests to automate package pickup, item return and repair programs.  

Storing information in the Stamp creates a portable data file and links automatically for Internet network access to retrieve information from a remote database.
